In July 2020, the central Cabinet has approved the New Education Policy 2020 and the ministry has published it for the country. It stresses the core values of Indian culture starting from the Vedic age. Since all are born equal, it stresses equality and availability of education for all. UNESCO had dreamt of education for all in the world by 2015 and the Indian Constitution desire to have it before 1970 in India.
