The Society is measured by its governance. Good governance is not defined based on Power with others. The Book of Exodus is a splendid example of two governance. On one hand the creator God hearing the cry of the people came down and liberated the oppressed from the hand of the oppressor, but on the other hand the laws particularly the casuistic laws to a larger extent appears of providing preferential treatment to the powerful and the elites resulting in imbalances in the community. This article is an attempt to re-look some of the laws from a margin perspective
