Today's World is Characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA). The Covid-19 pandemic, in particular, has disrupted the world order with unprecedented ramifications touching every sphere of human life. The pace, scale and direction of change are rapidly increasing and human existence has become complicated and confusing . All this demonstrates the need for effective management of organisations based on biblical principles. In this context the Christian Institute of Management India in collaboration with the Global institute of leadership Development, UK, hosted a consultation in 2021 that brought together management thinkers, theologians and pactitioners to reflect on the relevance of christian management in a pandemic and post-pandemic VCA world
