By: Material type: ArticleArticlePublication details: Gujarat : Third Millennium; (2022)Description: 37-61 pagesISSN:
  • 0972-1886
Subject(s): In: Third MillenniumSummary: The divine, the human and the cosmos are the triune irreducible dimensions which constitute the reality. In contrast to this above premise, there is a waning of the hierarchical Catholic Church, due to the doctrinal orthodoxy, hypocrisy, triumphalism, disunity and dualistic attitude. Outlining a historical development of the church's changing trends - from Ecclesio-Christo-Theo Centric to Cosmotheanderic Centre - this paper stresses that Religion and Science will have to work together towards common commitments and goals, with cross-cultural dialogue among the faiths, reaching to universal consensus on common principle of harmony, freedom, human rights, justice, tolerance and peace.
