Churches, Missions, NGOs and Development Agencies are giving much importance to advocate the cause of Children-at-risk (CAR). Attention to Child Theology (CT) and the Holistic Development of Children did not get a significant place in theological education in the past decades as expected. However, the scenario is changing now. More seminaries, churches and organisations started talking about Child Theology and Holistic Child Development. New Courses, Programmes and books are coming out from different corners of the world to emphasize the child theology and relate it to the local context and work out programmes of involvement for the holistic development of children.
