In this article, author aim to do two things. He/she offer an assessment of religious establishment according to liberal standards. Then ask how this analysis bears on Nigel Biggar's defense of Anglican establishment and argue that only some features of Anglican establishment are compatible with the liberal standard of what call minimal sedularism.
